GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12613 THE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ACT (Cap.110) DECLARATION OF PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Holidays Act, the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security declares 31st December, 2007 as a public holiday in addition to the holidays specified in the schedule under the Act.
