Under the direction of the Chief Human Resource and Administration Officer, the Human Resource and Administrative officer will process cases of recruitment, appointment, promotions, maintain human resource records, assist in determination of human resource requirements, accessing and determine training needs and oversee overall general office services
Key responsibilities
- Recruitment, appointment; promotions; remuneration; staff training and development; HR planning and succession management; staff welfare; developing and revising HR policies and procedures; performance appraisal;
- Maintenance of HR records and terms and Conditions for Service, ensuring professional Career Planning;
- Administrative duties such as overseeing management of assets, registry services; safe custody and management of records; management of transport; office management and cleanliness and telephone services;
- Overseeing the provision of office space, equipment, furniture, office supplies and employment cards and
- Settling of utility bills and facilitating necessary documentation for those traveling; leased/ rented offices and overseeing office cleanliness.
