EXEMPTION APPLICATION BY THE INSTITUTE OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTS OF KENYA (ICPAK)

PURSUANT to section 29 (4) of the Competition Act, 2010, it is notified for general information that the Competition Authority has rejected the application by the Institute of Certified Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) for exemption from the proposed fees guidelines for services provided by professional accountants.
