PART 1A The Parliamentary Service and the Parliamentary Service Commission 45A. (1) There shall be a service to be known as the parliamentary service. (2) There shall be a Clerk of the National Assembly and such other officers and staff as may be appointed for the purposes of the National Assembly in accordance with section 45B. (3) The offices of the Clerk of the National Assembly and the officers and other staff provided for under subsection (2) shall be offices in the parliamentary service. |
