| Effect of Chapter. | CHAPTER XI TRANSITORY 124. This Chapter shall have effect notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Constitution, and accordingly, if any such provision is inconsistent with a provision of this Chapter, the provision of this Chapter shall prevail. |
