52. Procedure on revocation or expiry of licence.

Procedure on revocation or expiry of licence.  52. (1) Where the Commissioner revokes a licence under section 51, he shall cause to be served on the ware-house keeper notice of revocation by leaving the notice with the person in charge of the bonded warehouse; and thereupon that service shall be deemed to be notice of revocation to the owners of all goods warehoused therein.

(2) Where a warehouse keeper proposes not to renew his licence in relation to a bonded warehouse, then he shall cause notice of his intention to be given to the owners of all goods warehoused therein.

(3) Where the licence in relation to a bonded ware-house has been revoked or has expired, then within such time as the Commissioner may direct, all goods warehoused therein shall be entered and delivered for home use, for exportation, for removal to another warehouse, or for use as stores for aircraft or vessels.

(4) Where goods have not been entered and delivered in accordance with subsection (3), the proper officer may cause the goods to be taken to a customs warehouse and thereupon the goods shall be dealt with in accordance with section 34.
