| Duties not to be abated on conviction. 8 of 1989, s. 4. | 158A. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the amount of duty or penalty payable under this Act shall not be abated by reason only of the conviction of the person liable for the payment thereof for an offence under this Act. |
