| Assembling to contravene provisions of Act. | Offences 179. A person who - (a) assembles with two or more persons for the purpose of contravening any of the provisions of this Act; or (b) having so assembled, contravenes any of the provisions of this Act, shall be guilty of an offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years. |
