Orders under section 85 (1)
THE CONSTITUTION (PUBLIC SECURITY) ORDER
1. This Order may be cited as the Constitution (Public Security) Order.
2. The following provisions of Part III of the Preservation of Public Security Act are brought into operation generally, namely subsection (1) of section 4 so far as it relates to the matters specified in paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of that section.
