THE CUSTOMS AND EXCISE (REMISSION) ORDER, 1992 1. This Order may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Remission) Order, 1992, and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 13th April, 1992. 2. Fifty per cent of the duty payable in respect of the motor vehicle, details of which are set out in the Schedule, imported by Mrs. Yunuke Mochoge between the 1st of April, 1992 and 20th April, 1992 is remitted.
