THE CUSTOMS AND EXCISE (REMISSION) (No. 10) ORDER, 1993

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Remission) (No. 10) Order, 1993, and shall come into operation on the 14th October, 1991, and shall, unless earlier revoked, expire on the 31st July, 1994.

2. The whole of the import duty payable in respect of equipment and spares imported between the 2nd August, 1991 and 31st july 1994 by the Meteorological Department pursuant to M/s. Sofrevia and the Government of Kenya Agreement dated the 14th October, 1991 under written authority from the Permanent Secretary to the Treasury is remitted.
