THE CUSTOMS AND EXCISE (REMISSION) (No. 12) ORDER, 1993 1. This Order may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Remission) (No. 12) Order, 1993 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 20th January, 1992. 2. The whole of the tax payable in respect of twenty-six packages of pencil sharpeners received as donation from India by the Revival for World Crusade between 30th January, 1992 and 3rd February, 1992 is remitted.
