THE CUSTOMS AND EXCISE (REMISSION) (No. 13) ORDER, 1993

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Remission) (No. 13) Order, 1993, and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st October, 1992 and shall, unless earlier revoked , expire on the 31st August, 1993.

2. The whole of the import duty payable in respect of the equipment and materials imported or purchased ex-customs bonded warehouse between the 1st October, 1992 and 31st August, 1993 by M/s. Konoike Construction Company Limited under written authirity from the Permanent Secretary to the Treasury for construction of Greater Nakuru Water Supply Project is remitted but appropriate rate of duty shall be payable on any equipment and materials not utilized on the project and not re-exported upon expiry of this Order.
