PURSUANT to the provisions of regulation 2 of the Customs and Excise (Restricted Imports) (Commercial Trailers) Order, 2002, the Minister for Finance notifies that the following assembler is approved for the purposes of importation of commercial trailer in completely knocked down (ckd) condition as specified in the Order­
