| Other staff of the Authority. | 15. (1) Each Authority may appoint such other officers and staff as may be necessary for the proper and efficient performance of its functions. (2) The officers and staff appointed under this section shall, hold office on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the concerned Board and specified in their instruments of appointment. |
