| Confidentiality of information. |
54. (1) No member, officer or servant of an Authority shall disclose any information which he has acquired in the performance of his functions as such member, officer or servant to any person except so far as may be necessary for the performance of such functions or for due compliance with an order of any Court.
(2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to a fine not exceeding ten thousand shillings or to both.
