| Protection of name. | 69. Any person who, without the written approval of an Authority, assumes for the purposes of business, or registers in terms of any written law relating to companies or business names under the names - (a) "Roads Authority", or "Road Authority"; or (b) "Highways Authority" or "Highway Authority" commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand shillings, or to both. |
