(1) No person shall pack or sell an alcoholic beverage in a container the capacity of which is less than two hundred millilitres. (2) A person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand shillings, or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years, or to both. |
