| Retaliatory imposition of duties, etc. | 118A. The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, impose on any goods imported into Kenya, such conditions or rates of duty as he may deem necessary to protect Kenya's interest where the country of importation practises unfair or restrictive trade practices on Kenyan goods exported to that country. |
