PROCLAMATION

By His Excellency the Honourable Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forced of the Republic of Kenya.

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 59(1) of the Constitution of Kenya, I prorogue Parliament with effect from the 16^th January, 2008.
