LEGAL NOTICE NO 44 THE CONSTITUTION OF KENYA NEW SESSION OF PARLIAMENT PROCLAMATION By His Excellency the Honourable Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kenya. IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 58(1) of the Constitution of Kenya, I, appoint that a new session of Parliament shall be held at Parliament Buildings in Nairobi, and shall begin on the 21st April, 2009, at 2.30 p.m. in the afternoon.
