| Regulations.

21. The Board may make regulations for the carrying into effect the provisions of this Act, and in particular but without prejudice to the foregoing make regulations -
(a) respecting the terms and conditions of service, including pensions, gratuities and other retirement benefits, of all members of staff of the Authority: (b) prescribing the procedure for the appointment of all members of the staff of the Authority; (c) prescribing the code of conduct and discipline; (d) respecting the administration and management of the funds of the Authority; (e) respecting the performance targets of the Authority. |
