| Appointment of registration areas and registrars. L.N.462/1963, 21 of 1966, 1st Sch., 28 of 1968, s. 3. | 5. (1) The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, appoint any area to be a registration area for the purposes of this Act. (2) The Minister may appoint fit and proper persons to be the registrars and deputy registrars for each registration area and a fit and proper person to be the registrar of births and deaths occurring outside Kenya.. |
