The National Council for Law Reporting (known by its brand name ‘Kenya Law’) is a semi-autonomous State corporation that was established by the National Council for Law Reporting Act, 1994 (No. 11 of 1994) (The Act) and is mandated with the task of; monitoring and reporting on the development of Kenya’s jurisprudence through the publication of the Kenya Law Reports: revision, consolidation and publication of the Laws of Kenya: and the preparation and publication of such other related publications.

Kenya Law is in the process of reviewing its terminating Strategic Plan 2018-2022 and developing its next Strategic Plan 2023-2027 that will guide its programmes and activities over a five-year period. This Strategic Plan is expected to actualize its mission of providing universal access to public legal information by monitoring and reporting on the development of jurisprudence for the promotion of the rule of law.

Stakeholders are called upon to participate in this process by giving their views on the Strategic Plan, which is available on our website. The following feedback mechanisms are available:

Your feedback will be considered in the evaluation of our current Strategic Plan and the development of our next Strategic Plan.

The deadline for receiving submissions is fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice.
