Act Title: KENYA REGIMENT (TERRITORIAL FORCE) REPEAL

AN ACT of Parliament repeal the Kenya Regiment (Territorial Force) Act, 2016

[ Date of assent: 13th September, 2016. ]

Arrangement of Sections

1.	Short title This Act may be cited as the Kenya Regiment (Territorial Force) (Repeal) Act, 2016.

2.	Repeal of Cap. 200 The Kenya Regiment (Territorial Force) Act (Cap. 200) is repealed.

3.	Revocation of subsidiary legislation made under Cap. 200 All subsidiary legislation made under the Kenya Regiment (Territorial Force) Act (now repealed) shall stand revoked on the date of the commencement of this Act.
